Emanate Health Foundation Legacy Society
Emanate Health Foundation Legacy Society honors those supporters who have committed to leaving legacies that will support our community's health care. By including the Foundation in their estate plans or establishing a legacy gift, these dedicated individuals have shared their intention to support the mission of Emanate Health beyond their lifetimes. We are grateful for their meaningful generosity that will continue to elevate quality health care for the San Gabriel Valley for all time.
You are eligible for membership in the Emanate Health Foundation Legacy Society if you have named the Foundation as a beneficiary of one or more of the following:
- Your estate.
- A charitable remainder annuity trust or unitrust or a charitable gift annuity.
- A qualified retirement plan (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), or IRA).
- A cash-value life insurance policy or a commercial annuity.
You are also eligible for membership if:
- You transfer certain real property to the Foundation subject to a life estate.
- Name the Foundation as an income beneficiary of a charitable lead trust.
